Refund Policy

Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened and in original packaging. Opened products are not eligible for refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Process

To request a refund, contact us at infocenter@wrizelontloxorel.world with your order details. We will provide instructions for returning the product. Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
